These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RoundsAhead ("RoundsAhead," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

RoundsAhead is a planning tool that helps families organize a student's path toward health careers — tracking coursework, activities, colleges, deadlines, and financial-aid offers, and presenting pathway and cost information. It is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

Not professional advice. RoundsAhead does not provide financial, tax, legal, medical, or admissions advice, and does not recommend a specific school or borrowing decision. Salaries, costs, deadlines, requirements, and net-price figures are estimates that change over time; always verify them with the schools, the cited sources, and a qualified professional before making decisions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Accounts for students are typically created and managed by a parent or guardian.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other users' data, disrupting or probing the service's security, reverse engineering it, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

4. Payments

Paid features are offered as a one-time purchase that grants access for a stated period. Prices are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms. You can manage receipts through the billing portal linked in the app.
Applicable taxes may be added. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected].

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it in order to provide the service to you. You can export or delete your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The RoundsAhead software, design, and content (other than your own data and third-party materials) are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service; we reserve all other rights.

7. Third-party information

The service references data from third parties (for example, government statistics and accreditor listings) and links to external sites. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse or guarantee, those sources, and we are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoundsAhead will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
